"Us" consists of Michael (Farmer, delivery boy, packer, salesman etc etc) Michelle - Mum of 5 - need I say more ! Emily (9) - a dab hand with the vacum packer, Lucy (7) expert on weighing and labelling,  Sophie (6) chief stacker and pack counter, Daisy (3) now has a box so she can reach up to get the packs off the scales ! and Matthew (1) ,farmer in training ! We have been producing beef and lamb from our farm, located just outside Biggar, since 1996 and recently we started to sell directly to the public and deliver nationwide. 
We have developed a unique system of feeding our animals. They are free to roam outside all year round and graze only fresh natural foods, 365 days of the year.  
We do not feed any manufactured meal making our meat extremely pure, healthy and full of flavour. Our animals graze only the highest quality FRESH grass and clover in summer and in winter, they graze FRESH kale with hay or silage. This 100% FRESH and natural diet creates the most incredible flavoured meat the amount of Omega 3 in the meat.

We use a local traditional butcher to prepare the meat to the highest standards and tailor your order to suit your needs. We deliver directly to your door so you have complete traceability and you don't have to deal with any middle men. There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE for orders over £65.00.
