Quality Lamb conveniently diced for casseroles or hotpots or curries. Prepared from cuts of our own naturally fed Lamb. Cook in stir-fry for 3-4 mins per side. Kebabs grill for 10 – 15 mins turning regularly or in stews and casseroles for 1 -2 hours.
