Lamb Chops with Honey and Mustard Glaze

Serves: 4
Temperature: Pre-heat grill to high.
Cooking time: Approx. 10 - 12 minutes

Ingredients
4 Damn Delicious Lamb Chops

[Honey mustard glaze]
30ml (2tbsp) Scottish heather honey
30ml (2tbsp) mustard

Cooking Method
Mix glaze ingredients together, add Chops, mix well, cover, and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes, (if you are in a hurry you can cook straight away).
Remove and cook under preheated grill (line grill pan with foil as the marinade may catch)for 10 - 12 minutes in total turning occasionally.
Turn setting down if glaze begins to catch.

Serve with potatoes and salad. Enjoy!
