Perfect for a family meal or a Sunday lunch this delicious cut is a tender part of the rump. Slow roast at a low temperature for best results. Use the juices from the bottom of the roasting tin to make a delicious rich Aberdeen Angus gravy. Roast for 30mins per 450g + 30 mins; don’t forget to baste the meat as it is cooking!
