We create all our Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus beef right here on the farm using a unique, natural approach. This special method is what gives our beef its incredible taste and flavour. Our animals enjoy outdoor living all year round, grazing on fresh green forage—summer grass and winter kale—every day of the year.

We take grass feeding to the next level—our cattle are never given grain or meal, just their natural diet. This pure, natural lifestyle imparts a rich, authentic flavour to our meat. If you’re used to grain-fed beef, you’ll notice our beef has an intense, genuine taste.

To ensure the best quality, we dry age all our beef for three to four weeks.
